• All original packaging and documentation must be included
• Items must not show signs of wear or damage
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item to the address provided (customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error)
5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed according to the following timeline:

• Items must be received within 30 days of initiating the return
• Upon receipt, items are inspected within 5-7 business days
• Approved refunds are issued within 5-10 business days after approval
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized items
• Items purchased on clearance or final sale
• Damaged items due to customer misuse
• Items without original packaging or documentation
